Immigrant deaths in detention centers have reached record levels, and many detained people are cut off from the legal, family, and pastoral support they need. But across the country, communities of faith are putting faith into action: building relationships before detention strikes, responding to urgent needs during detention, and speaking out for dignity and reform.
